Isaac traveled to Australia between the dates of October 22 and December 13, 2018. He was gone from the U.S. for 53 days.
In the course of this investigation, my research kept veering back to Australia. Whether it was Defango’s connections to Eliahi Priest, Isaac’s trip to meet Fiona and Priest, Isaac’s Australian friends, Australian Famalam, or Australian citizen SRA survivors getting in contact with me and providing information. The death of Isaac Kappy and Australia appear to be inseparable. So much so that it bears noting here.
I can’t tell you how many hours-long conversations I’ve had with Australians concerning first-hand accounts of child trafficking and pedophilia and abuse. It became apparent by mid-June that Australia has an immense problem with child sex trafficking and abuse to this day and when all the stories were combined I found a commonality that speaks to this horrible reality.
Australia was relatively rural up until the 1970s. Most of the little towns were under a couple of hundred people and the communities were very tightknit. There is a lot of backward thinking as well as religious posturing. The authority was mediocre at best and there were no social services in place for people to turn to. Victims told me the same thing again and again. “It’s just the way it was.” “You took it and kept your mouth shut.”
I spoke to several people who live in Australia who spent time with Isaac while he was there. One person told me he spoke at a small conference about pedophilia and human trafficking.

Pine Gap is the commonly used name for a US satellite surveillance base or Australian Earth station approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) south-west of the town of Alice Springs, Northern Territory in the centre of Australia which is operated by both Australia and the United States. Since 1988, it has been officially called the Joint Defence Facility Pine Gap (JDFPG); previously, it was misleadingly known as Joint Defence Space Research Facility.
Partly run by the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), US National Security Agency (NSA) and US National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), the station is a key contributor to the NSA’s global interception effort, which included the ECHELON program. The classified NRO name of the Pine Gap base is Australian Mission Ground Station (AMGS), while the unclassified cover term for the NSA function of the facility is RAINFALL.
The CIA seems to have a long and prevalent history with Australia. As does the US military. The infamous Pine gap military base in Australia is supposedly where express your craft technology was reverse-engineered for over a decade. Documentaries have been made on this whistleblowers have come forth. I would imagine the remoteness of the country would be his primary attraction as well as being a European-based five eyes nation.
If you’ll recall the lover of Stephen Paddock (Marilou Danley) his Filipino girlfriend whom he sent a hundred thousand dollars to only days prior to the event had deep connections with Australia as well.

FUN CRINGY FACT : the Australian Secret Intelligence Service was established by Executive Order May 13, 1952. Exactly 67 years prior to Isaac’s death. OR 6 + 7 = 13
