Why is Remote Viewing Being Discussed in Relation to Isaac Kappy?
During the course of our investigation, our investigation team kept being led to a subject/religion/organization called 5D earth belief. It seems that many of the Hollywood actors and Hollywood elite are involved with this new cult and openly practice it. Jim Carry for one. The belief system is basically the late 1900’s New Age movement rewrapped in 2019 packaging, marketed to a new generation, and redeployed.
The cornerstone of this belief system is remote viewing. In fact, I believe the 5D Earth Belief movement to be a recruiting system of sorts for deeper agendas. Much the same way some people say the original cicada 3301 was developed to organically source and recruit hackers.
Throughout the course of this investigation tweets, Twitter map connections, text messages, recorded conversations, and Instagram posts began drawing definite connections between Hollywood and this 5D Earth Belief system. More on this in the 5D Earth Belief section.
Without a doubt, our research team found a nexus point between Hollywood, remote viewing, 5D-earth belief, physics-minded witchcraft, and government intelligence agencies. And that nexus point was Twitter. Here we found profiles of influential people engaging in threads actively coordinating psychic attacks. There were definite ringleaders and a hierarchy where orders were given to psychically attack chosen targets. Related Twitter accounts were used solely for reporting back results. The tweets were heavily wrapped in remote viewing jargon, advanced numerology, and were heavily coded. Upon investigating the key players involved, nearly all of them went to either DC or Hollywood. Influential directors and actors also followed one of them.
Standard discussions within these threads involved asking for volunteers for specific missions, appointing a time to “go in”, which grid they would be working on and the desired effect of the operation. There is not much chatter or ancillary conversation. These people took what they were doing quite seriously. Since about early August 2019, the Twitter account has been suspended and all leads have gone cold.
I will be honest. I do not wish to out the names or accounts of these individuals. I have found them to be highly involved and invested in what they are doing and believe they would not hesitate to come for me or my family either through remote viewing attacks or in person. They are connected to extremely powerful individuals and maintain constant communications. This is a highly organized group of people.
What is Remote Viewing
Remote viewing is a mental faculty that allows a perceiver (a “viewer”) to describe or give details about a target that is inaccessible to normal senses due to distance, time, or shielding. For example, a viewer might be asked to describe a location on the other side of the world, which he or she has never visited; or a viewer might describe an event that happened long ago; or describe an object sealed in a container or locked in a room; or perhaps even describe a person or an activity; all without being told anything about the target — not even its name or designation.
And of course, Wikipedia scripts it as fiction
Remote viewing (RV) is the practice of seeking impressions about a distant or unseen target, purportedly using extrasensory perception (ESP) or “sensing” with the mind.
Remote viewing experiments have historically been criticized for lack of proper controls and repeatability. There is no scientific evidence that remote viewing exists, and the topic of remote viewing is generally regarded as pseudoscience.
Typically a remote viewer is expected to give information about an object, event, person or location that is hidden from physical view and separated at some distance.
Physicists Russell Targ and Harold Puthoff, parapsychology researchers at Stanford Research Institute (SRI), are generally credited with coining the term “remote viewing” to distinguish it from the closely related concept of clairvoyance, although according to Targ, the term was first suggested by Ingo Swann in December 1971 during an experiment at the American Society for Psychical Research in New York City.
But world militaries including the United States fund remote viewing experiments to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars per year. There are complete divisions within branches of our military set up to develop and exploit this technology.

I’ve been told by several ex-military personnel that there are divisions of remote viewers within the Armed Forces whose job is to psychically gather information. I’ve been told that there is a bank of five of them permanently on duty at NORAD who not only utilize remote viewing technology to keep the base safe but together information across the world in regards to ongoing nuclear threats.
I’ve been told by someone who is participated in one of these programs that they have rooms set up for sensory deprivation and meditation. They also employ aromatherapy, light technique, music, and basically whatever it takes to get the job done.
Two of these people went on to tell me that pulled from these groups are soldiers who excel in their ability to utilize this technology for offense means. These soldiers’ jobs are literally to carry out psychic attacks on selected targets.
I was contacted by several of these people through my website. One prior to the Isaac Kappy investigation in several during. All of them are currently not serving in the military and one is now free to discuss his involvement in the program while he was enlisted. He stated they were given targets to attack. He said they would go in together and attack somebody usually in a dream state when it was easier to get to the subconscious. They would drop ideas that the target would believe to be his own dreams. Sometimes they would drop ideas sometimes they would give them nightmares for weeks on end. Sometimes they would poke around the subconscious and see what Intel they could glean from it. And sometimes they would bombard the target with a pre-scripted protocol designed to cause depression and instability.
Public Desensitization to this Technology
The public has primarily been desensitized to technology through Hollywood. Once again, the entertainment wing of the CIA. One of the first movies dealing with this was Dreamscape (1984).

Not surprisingly, goats were used in this real project because they were easy to manipulate psychically. The Navajos speak about an embedded society of sorcerers within their tribe called Skinwalkers who also have the ability to kill livestock as well as bring bad dreams, cause nightmares, cursed people, etc…
Remote viewing is not a new science. It is an ancient art/technology and is currently being implemented with and deployed with modern-day technology. This technology is interwoven with the New Age movement five the earth police which is currently making its way through Hollywood. Isaac Kappy was greatly exposed to this belief system through other actors (Jim Carry) and the general culture of Hollywood. Much like Scientology, it is prevalent everywhere in Hollywood.
It’s our opinion at this time that there is enough evidence to draw firm connections between coordinated & unauthorized offensive black ops remote viewing campaigns and Hollywood. We also believe there is a very strong possibility that Isaac was being afflicted by such a campaign.
