5/8/ Wed – Predictit Withdrawal for $219.56. (This is a withdrawal from Isaac’s Predictit ledger balance on his account wherein it was deposited into his account.)
5/8/ Wed – Deposit from Sedgwich Payments into Kappy’s account $3000.00 (Insurance payment for a claim on his burglarized storage unit.)
5/8/ Wed – Close friend arrives at Isaac’s house at about 8:15 pm. Spent 3.5 hours with Isaac. Isaac was upset and distracted, agitated, and not very social. However, he tried. Seemed to have a lot on his mind. He was repeating what he’d said to The Fam. He kept saying “noise in my head, you know, psyop. I got a lot of noise and nonstop loud music coming into my head. Meditation and prayer helped to quiet it down.” Spoke about how the action of love keeps one safe. He said, “Love was the only way one can do this work without having it destroy you.” Friend left around 12:30 am. messaged his when she got home. He responded and thanked her for coming and was looking forward to seeing her on Sat. He promised her this day that he would not commit suicide. She’d asked him if he was suicidal and he told her “No, but it’s better than what’s coming.” He told her on this day that he was certain that he was Judas.
5/09/ Thru – Friend messaged him and reaffirmed she’d visit him on Sat morning. He said he was looking forward to it.

5/09/ Thru – In Kayla’s periscope (Post Isaac’s death) she stated that Kappy was home according to his bank statements.
5/10/ Friday – Kappy broadcasts an IG while outside walking around 3:30 pm. ish. Only a minute or two long. In which he said, “I’ve pissed off a very powerful person.” He was smoking in the video and got into a car then it ended.

5/11/ Sat – Close friend (Name Redacted) visits Isaac at his place in Apple Valley. Arriving at 8:30-9:30 am in the morning. Isaac is in a bad way, worse than when she saw him on Wednesday. He has a huge knot on the back of his head. Friend believes Isaac had been hitting his head against the floor. She tried massaging his head but he was too tense and wound up. There are 3 holes in the walls. One at shoulder level on the bedroom wall next to the bathroom door, one 2 inches above the baseboard in the hallway (like a horizontal square piece of tubing about an inch across, one under one of the bedroom windows about mid-thigh height, (short blocky rectangle, looked painted over). They go out to get something to eat and on the way at a stoplight, music begins blaring in the car “As loud as a block party” (the radio is off) Isaac’s friend says the music is “in her head, not coming through her ears.” The windows are up and people at the crosswalk don’t hear anything but there is no way they couldn’t have, as the music was that loud. She stated it felt like the car and windows were magnifying whatever was being used on them. When she looked over, Isaac had slid down low into the seat and was shaking and staring straight ahead. The song was “In the air tonight” by Phil Collins. They went continued to the restaurant to get tacos (Isaac really wanted tacos) The music had stopped by the time they entered the restaurant. Then it started to hail outside (hail the size of gumballs) Then they went home. When they returned Isaac ran from the car to the house. He’d run to the kitchen/dining room/ center of the house. Isaac checked the mirrors the whole way home and kept looking out the windows after they got home. They ate, paced, hugged, pulled his hair a lot in a somewhat manic manner, was contorting his body, made fists. He didn’t want to go anywhere and wanted to stay home. She asked if he wanted to go home with her, he didn’t answer her. She believes he didn’t want to ride in the car. A thunderstorm rolled in and he became very upset. The noise from the thunder agitated him and his pacing and anxiety increased. He told her about “The magic trick”. He’d said “people had been pushing at him from all sides and then he stopped and said “Boom the magic trick, I made a wrong choice. I made the wrong fucking choice, I didn’t see it, I was so fucking stupid.” He would not clarify what he meant. He’d told her about being Judas on this day. He said the only way to take the judas energy off the earth was to crucify Judas instead of Jesus. The Judas died by suicide, but that Judas needed to pay the price properly instead of Jesus. His room was clean this day. There were no drugs, or alcohol around, the house was tidy, the floor was clean. She was impressed that everything was that clean for a single guy living. She left at about 2:45 pm because she couldn’t stay. Called when she got home, She told him she would see him tomorrow. They had plans to either have him visit her and do something creative or she would visit him again.
5/12/ Sun – Michelle stated on Sunday that when she returned from Las Vegas the house “was trashed” when she got home. She “felt the presence of 2 men had been there. However, testimony from previous entries disputes this.
5/12/ Sun – Isaac called his mother and said he was coming to see her in Albuquerque.
5/12 Sun – 3:30 pm Alicia sent Isaac a Telegram message asking him if she should come to Apple valley and pick him up to bring him back to Orange County to her place like they spoke about the day before. Isaac responded telling Alicia that he was going to go see his mother in Albuquerque.

5/12/ Sun 1 am – Isaac talked to John Q. John Q said Kappy sounded “out of it” (Reported by Kate-anon) John Q was not reachable.
5/12/ Sun – 1:45 pm Spoke to Kate S. for the last time 17:00 min call. Kappy was at his house. Kate heard the dogs.
5/12/ Sun – 3:30 -4:00 Friend (name redacted) messaged him and he said he would start for her house in about an hour. Then about an hour after that, she got a message from Isaac saying he was going to visit his mom instead.
5/12/ Sun 7:45 PM – Michelle says Kappy left for his mother’s house in Albuquerque.
5/12/ Sun 7:45 pm Isaac made the last unrecorded Periscope about 7:45 pm.
5/12 Sun 7:51 pm – Kappy has a 12-minute conversation with Geo about where he is going and what he is doing. Kappy says “Got to go give my mom a hug.” Geo states that Kappy sounds “erratic and out of it.” “Not the same person he knows.”

5/12/ Sun – Isaac has a conversation with (redacted) wherein he states that he had “done work with intelligence services but never worked for foreign governments” and that he had “been contacted by the Trump administration.”
5/12/Sun – Purchase authorized for $11.68 Loves Travel Stops, Williams, AZ. Kappy entered the truck stop at 23:43 and purchased a pack of American Spirit cigarettes and a lighter. He left the store at 23:46. He was wearing white pants and a white shirt. Witnesses say he was “A little fidgety and came in alone and left alone.”
5/13 Mon 12:05 am – Began phone conversation with a very close friend (name redacted). They kept getting cut off with service a few times before that and then switched to cellular (instead of thru a call app). Was on the phone with a friend when his right front tire blew out. When the tire blew Isaac specifically said he knew he was in Bellemont. He said it was very desolate where he was, but that he was near the Bellemont exit at that point. Kappy pulled over and decided to just sit and talk for a while, he and his friend spent the time praying. The phone call lasted for about an hour in total.
5/13/ Mon 1:05 am-ish – Isaac called and spoke to his mother. Told her he was at the Days Inn hotel in Bellemont and would be running late. ( This was 2:00 am-ish NM time) Isaac’s mother stated he sounded “regular & normal” on the phone.
5/13/ Mon 1:10 am-ish – Isaac left leaves his car at the top of the south side of the Transwestern Rd Overpass and walks towards the Pilot station truck stop / Days Inn Hotel.
5/13/ Mon – Purchased authorized for $2.19 Pilot Station Bellemont, AZ
5/13/ Mon – Purchased authorized for $67.08 Days Inn at Bellemont, AZ. (1:30 am)
5/13 Mon 1:30 – 7:00 am – Isaac or someone moves his vehicle from the south side of the Transwestern overpass to the Days Inn parking lot.
5/13/ Mon – Called and spoke to someone else after speaking to parents sometime during the night.
5/13/ Mon – The Days Inn might manager sees Isaac at 7:11 am stating that he looked erratic.
5/13/ Mon 7:22 AM – Camp Navajo security patrol drives by on his way to work and captures dashcam video of Isaac sitting on the west side of the overpass directly over the right-hand eastbound lane. (This is if you believe that the video is legit)
5/13/ Mon 7:24 AM – Witness #1 John Koch is driving southbound across the overpass and witnesses Isaac “behaving erratically.” He states that Isaac was sitting on the rail facing east towards the sun but kept turning around and swinging a leg over the rail trying to get up the courage to jump off. He dials 911 and pulls over to talk to the operator while watching Isaac through his car mirror. Mr. Koch then witnesses Isaac fall backward off the bridge, gets out of his car, and runs down the embankment to see if he can give aid.
5/13/ Mon 7:24 AM – Kappy “Forces himself off Transwestern Rd. Overpass
5/13/ Mon 7:24 AM – First 911 call comes in from John Koch.
5/13/ Mon 7:25-26 AM – Witness #3 Robert Taylor is driving eastbound on I-40 approaching Transwestern overpass from approximately 1/4 mile away. He witnesses something that at first reaction appears to be a “white sheet” (Isaac was wearing all white) fall from the bridge into the right-hand lane. He changes lanes, slows down, and looks over to see Isaac laying in the road. Mr. Taylor pulls over, under the overpass, and gets out. While turning around and shutting his vehicle door he witnesses Forrest Scott Proctor’s rust colored F-150 run over Isaac. He stated that the front left side of the axel struck Isaac in the head. He said that the truck cleared the body for the most part and did not drag Isaac.
5/13/ Mon 7:26 AM – Motorist comes into the Pilot station and informs front cashier what has happened and to call 911.
5/13/ Mon 9:20-9:30 AM – I (Cory Daniel/ThePhoenixEnigma) drives by the scene at 9:25 am unaware that anything has transpired. No emergency vehicles anywhere, no backed up traffic, no sign of anything. I find out Tue, Mar 14th mid-morning that Isaac Kappy had jumped off the Transwestern overpass.
