GeoSAR Technology and the Management of the U.S. Drug Trade

Are factions within the federal government contracting with private companies to manage the US drug trade? It appears so. What follows is a conversation that took place back in 2012 wherein a gentleman relayed to me firsthand the nature of the technology as well as the implementation of it on an international scale. The man who told me this information said he was a technician for a private company whose only client was the US government.. I retell herein what he told me about the nature of the technology is capability and implementation in order to manage what appears to be the international drug trade.
