In Mathematics (These principles are used in ritual crafting)

  • Using the digital root method one can not distinguish between 9 and 0.
Example. 362 or 3+6+2. If one cancels out all numbers which equal 9, the end product of the sum remains the same. 3+6+2= 11. 1+1 = 2. OR 3+6+2. Cancel out 3 and 6 since together they equal 9 and you are left with 2. This renders the number 9 the same as the number 0 and works into infinity. Esoterically speaking it is “everything and nothing at the same time.”
  • Take all number except the number 9 and add them together and you get 36, the sum of which is 9.
    1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8 = 36. 3+6 = 9
Once again we see that the number 9 exists within all the other numbers while not being there. It exists and doesn’t exist at the same time. This duality is what makes it so attractive to practitioners of higher magic and the occult.
  • Take any number and add 9. The root number of the sum will always equal the original number or the original number’s root number you first added to 9.
    • Example 1. 6+9= 15. 1+5 = 6
    • Example 2. 62+9 = 71. Both 6+2 and 7+1 equal 8
  • Take any number and subtract 9 and the sum of its self will always yield 9.
    • Example 1. 62. 6+2 = 8 62-8 = 54. 5+4= 9
    • Example 2. 15. 1+5 + 6. 15-6 = 9.
  • There are 360 degrees in a circle, 3+6+0 = 9
    Half a circle is 180 degrees. 1+8+0 = 9
Half that again and you get 90 degrees. 9+0 = 9
Half again and you get 45 degrees. 4+5 = 9
Half again and you get 22.5 degrees. 2+2+5 = 9
Half again and you get 11.25 degrees. 1+1+2+5 = 9

You get the point. You can do this into infinity backward into the microcosm. It goes the other way too.

  • If one were to add up equal degrees of a triangle within a circle you get
    60+60+60 = 180 = 1+8 = 9
  • An equal square inside a circle produces angles 90+90+90+90 = 360 = 3+6 = 9
  • draw a pentagon inside a circle produces angles 108+108+108+108+108 = 540 = 5+4+0 = 9
  • draw a hexagram inside a circle produces angels 120+120+120+120+120+120 = 720 = 7+2+0 = 9

Once again it goes on and on forwards or expansively into the macrocosm and into infinity. So here we have a number which can move backward and forwards into infinity, existing and not existing simultaneously. Are you beginning to sense the gravity of this number? Wait, there’s more.

There are :
86400 seconds day. 8+6+4+0+0 = 18. 1+8 = 9
1440 minutes in a day. 1+4+4+0 = 9
10080 minutes in a week. 1+0+0+8+0 = 9
525600 minutes in a year. 5+2+5+6+0+0=18. 1+8 = 9
The sun is 864,000 miles across. 8+6+4+0+0+0 = 18. 1+8 = 9

  • The magic square using the first nine numbers is associated to the planet Saturn and has for sum 15. Sometimes, it is also called the “square of Solomon”.
    4 9 2
                          3 5 7
                          8 1 6
    • R. Allendy speaks about the curious arithmetical properties of the nine which gives it a very particular character because of the use of our decimal notation system. In another numerical notation system they would cease to exist: the difference between an unspecified number and the number formed by the inversion of its digits is always a multiple of 9 – example: between 26 and 62, the difference is 36, multiple of 9; the multiples of 9 are always composed of digits where the sum (once reduced) is equal to 9; the product 123456789 x 9 gives 9 times the digit 1 in the answer (1111111101). Concerning this last property, Elisabeth Haich mentioned the next calculations:
                 0 x 9 + 1 = 1
                 1 x 9 + 2 = 11
                 12 x 9 + 3 = 111
                 123 x 9 + 4 = 1111
                 1234 x 9 + 5 = 11111
                 12345 x 9 + 6 = 111111
                 123456 x 9 + 7 = 1111111
                 1234567 x 9 + 8 = 11111111
                 12345678 x 9 + 9 = 111111111
                 123456789 x 9 + 10 = 1111111111

Terry N Dalrymple

I never really thought about numbers until I found this channel and listened. I first learned about the #9 as a lucky # for me, as a very young adult when the number issued me was 9 and I won a marathon hands down, no sweat. I kinda gave the US Marines the credit, for teaching me to run for miles. The # has cropped up through out my life, in many ways. Now for the first time I got curious, and looked it up on this page. WOW revelation!!! It seems to have followed me since before I was born!!! 9th month year 54!!! I am not really sure WHAT to think about what I read, but it fits many things in my life, like in 1980 I found a solid brass belt buckle of an Eagle attacking with claws out stretched, I really liked it and wear it today. I had to take a file to it’s claws because it would shred my tee shirts. I never really cared for Eagles, bad as a vulture in my mind, carrion eater. But everyone around me must have thought I liked them and would buy me gifts of Eagles, continuing until my last birthday. I now have a huge collection that I rotate during spring cleaning. I found out about twenty or so years ago that the American Indians believe that anyone having visits from the Eagle has a direct connection to God. My reaction to this knowledge was basically “HUH” and I went on with life, the knowledge remained. Reading this article on the #9 today has left me with MORE questions!??! The main one seems to be, if all this is true (and I have no reason to doubt it.) WHY has my life been the way it has been? The curiosity about everything and the questioning of everything is a major portion of my life, I read everything. But NEVER being able to understand who or what I am. So now I understand a bit more, without knowing anything!!! Oh well after this life and before the next I will understand!!!

All numbers will equal 9. Take a multiplecation table 1-8 and reduce any two digit number to its digital root and you can fold the table in half vertical or horizontal and everything equals 9.
