The Bellemont Incident
What happened?
Officially- on the morning of May 13, 2019, Isaac Kappy left the Days Inn hotel in Bellemont Arizona, and walked across the Transwestern Rd overpass which spans I 40. There he sits contemplatively, almost meditating looking towards the sun before beginning to suddenly act erratic, spurring four people to call 911 and warn authorities that he may be attempting to commit suicide. The Deck brothers, passing by on the way to school immediately believed him to be attempting suicide, pulled up next to him got out of their vehicle, and tried to grab and restrain Isaac from going over the rail. Isaac then hit the I-40 pavement below. The fall was observed by a witness on the phone with 911 at the time. The witness ran down the dirt embankment to attempt to render aid and was 15 feet from Isaac when he witnessed him being struck by a Ford F150. First responders would arrive approximately five minutes later and attempt to offer lifesaving measures. Isaac was pronounced dead at 7:42 AM.
In the next few hours, six witnesses would be interviewed and a determination that Isaac had committed suicide would be made. His parents will be notified within three hours of the event that Isaac had indeed committed suicide.
The Problem
First and foremost, the incident was deemed a suicide within moments, and the officer’s reports reflect this, absent of any investigation. Furthermore, Isaac had stated several times the previous week that he was not suicidal and that there were people who would “tear me limb from limb” for what he had done. The alleged “suicide note” he left behind in no way mentions that he is going to take his life either. Granted it is highly apologetic and self-hating but it never mentioned suicide, AND at the time of its posting, he was on his way to see his mother with gifts in tow. The family was also notified within hours that their son had committed suicide but it would be over 60 days before an official cause of death was given by the medical examiner at the Coconino County corners office.
If the officers would’ve investigated this case in the least they would’ve discovered that Isaac was spearheading a social media campaign called Unseal Epstein (yes, the same Epstein who committed suicide in prison just weeks ago) and had many enemies both in Hollywood and Washington DC. If they would’ve talked to his friends they could’ve told him that although he was distressed and definitely not in his right mind, that he believed people were actually trying to kill him. ISAAC WAS WORRIED FOR HIS LIFE.
In Isaac’s last periscope, the video which was taken as a pre-suicide confession video, Isaac states that he betrayed a great man and that he must now pay for his crime. The crime of treason. In his video, he seems to be accepting of this fate yet unsure of the exactness of it at the same time. He speaks of bad choices and mistakes he made, people he betrayed, a movement he betrayed, and a great man he betrayed. He spoke a great deal of “staying in the light” and cautioned others not to lose their way. This video is like any other video Isaac had ever made and some think it was made under distress.
Still, none of this was looked into. Nothing further was investigated. And OFFICIALLY Isaac Kappy committed suicide.

The headline of the story didn’t even mention Isaac’s name. This bizarre article was the first thing that tipped most people off that something was not quite right with what had happened. It was obvious that Hollywood shenanigans were at play and jabs were being made via the TMZ publication. The actor who allegedly choked Paris Jackson and accused Seth Green of pedophilia jumped off a bridge in Arizona and died.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety has confirmed Isaac Kappy is the guy who jumped to his death Monday at the bridge near Bellemont, Arizona. Kappy reportedly forced himself off the Transwestern Road bridge onto Interstate 40 where he was struck by a Ford pickup truck … officials confirmed Tuesday morning.
Before jumping off the bridge … several bystanders tried physically restraining Kappy from jumping but failed to hold him. There were no other injuries and authorities have now closed their investigation.

Monday he captioned, “Beware the man has nothing to lose, for he has nothing to protect.” His post included, “See the light in others … This lesson has come too late for me, but perhaps it can inspire you. Kappy, of course, once had Paris fearing for her life back in August 2018 after he allegedly choked her during a game night party. He continued texting her after that scary incident … forcing her to beef up her security to protect herself.
Our sources said Paris initially replied to Kappy’s texts because she feared he was suicidal and wanted to be supportive. Kappy had also posted a video in which he rambled about Seth Green being a pedophile.
Kappy had several small movie roles in “Thor,” “Terminator Salvation” and “Beerfest.”
He was 42.
For the first few days after Isaac’s death, the strangeness of this article would be talked about as much as the death itself. There is no doubt in anyone’s mind the article was written in a negative bias towards Isaac and was even somewhat gloating.

DPS releases name of man who died after jumping from northern Arizona bridge

Isaac Kappy, 42, has been identified by the Arizona Department of Public Safety as the man who jumped to his death at the bridge near Bellemont, Arizona on Monday.
Kappy forced himself off the Transwestern Road bridge onto Interstate 40 where he was struck by a Ford pickup truck, DPS spokesperson Bart Graves confirmed on Tuesday morning.
Graves confirmed Kappy was an actor based in Albuquerque, New Mexico who had small roles in movies such as “Thor,” “Terminator Salvation” and “Beerfest.”
“We don’t know why Mr. Kappy took his own life,” Graves wrote in an email.
Authorities said two teenagers driving by got out of their vehicle and tried to physically restrain Kappy from jumping, but failed. No one else was injured during the incident and the investigation has been closed.
Kappy gained notoriety in the past year for controversial statements aimed at multiple Hollywood stars and other incidents, prompting an investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department.
The Curious Case of Bart Graves
Bart Graves, Department of Public Safety Information Officer caught everyone’s attention early on and in my mind, still, adds weight to the mounting evidence that factions within Hollywood had EVERYTHING to do with Isaac’s death. Below you’ll see how he has a history of leaking stories to political allies. In the wake of Isaac’s death, many people began making the connections between Mr. Graves and Hollywood. Some have made allegations that he leaked the story to TMZ.
Bart Graves
Bart Graves has been a full-time professional PIO with the Department since 2007. Graves studied journalism and broadcasting at Northern Arizona University. His first radio news job was at KEOS in Flagstaff, AZ., where he was hired as a News Director upon graduation. For over 25 years, Graves worked as both a reporter and anchor for a number of radio and television stations in Phoenix and Tucson. Graves also won numerous press awards including the AP Reporter of the Year in 1997 and the AP First Place Award for the coverage of the Rodeo-Chedeski fire in 2002. In early 2005, Graves went to work as Communications Director for the Arizona Department of Corrections. In March 2007, he became the first civilian media relations coordinator hired by the Arizona Department of Public Safety. He served as the Public Relations Director at AZDPS for over four years. He is currently the Media Relations Specialist.
What the above synopsis of Officer Grave’s career doesn’t say is that he was a producer for Warner Brothers for 9 months as well as a spokesperson for the Arizona Democrat Party.

How I Came To Be Involved In This Investigation
I’ve stated this publicly many times, it for the sake of the repository of this research and investigation I will state it again.
First things first. There are a few out there who believe me to be either a LARPer, liar, disinformation agent, CIA operative, or deep-state spook. They have, and rightfully so, questioned my emergence onto the scene and my interest and involvement with this investigation. I’ve answered these questions and provided proof of who I am and how I became involved. Still, in the world of online conspiracy, Qanons, white hat sand black hats, SRA victims, and military psyop programs there is really nothing you can say to convince anyone of anything if they have it in their mind to push their agenda.
That being said, here are the facts as to how I became involved with this investigation.
At the time of Isaac Kappy’s death, neither Isaac nor his work was anywhere near my daily purview. I first heard about Isaac’s death on May 14, 2019. I remember waking up to text messages stating that Isaac Kappy had died “in my backyard” and asking if I knew anything about it. I’d forgotten all about Isaac but recalled that the previous year he had made some crazy accusations about what seemed like half of Hollywood, only now he had just “forced himself”off of a 22-foot bridge and committed suicide. When I learned this happen in Belmont Arizona, and then it happened at 730 am, I was a little baffled because I had driven right under that exact same overpass not only 24 hours prior. It was then I realize that I passed by the scene shortly after the incident.
Aside from being the creator and writer for ThePhoenixEnigma.com, which covers esoteric, religious, and conspiracy topics, I’m also a professional guide. That morning I picked up a group in Flagstaff Arizona at 9 o’clock AM and had been passing under the Transwestern overpass westbound somewhere around 9:25. When I got online to read local Flagstaff headlines about the incident multiple sources said that the highway was blocked and traffic was diverted until 10 AM. IT MOST CERTAINLY WAS NOT. I called the Coconino County Sheriff’s office and asked him about the incident and they told me that the scene was cleared and traffic was back to normal at 10:30 am. If the road blocking traffic was being diverted I most certainly would’ve seen it as I crossed westbound under the Transwestern overpass. At the time of this writing, I’ve driven from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon 772 times while conducting tours. I know the portions of I-17 and I-40 between Phoenix and the Grand Canyon like the back of my hand. While this is not proof, it is a testament to the amount of driving and road experience I have. As a guide, we note road conditions and notify other guides. This would’ve been noted as it was potentially on the return trip that myself or any fellow guides would’ve been traveling in a few hours on the way back to Phoenix.
That being said, I felt the whole situation strange and made a YouTube video discussing it. I was contacted the next day by someone claiming to be a close friend of Isaacs. She stated she spent a week with him in Apple Valley in the not-too-distant past and that she was absolutely distraught at what had happened. She asked me since I was a researcher if I could research to the best of my ability what may have happened to Isaac as there was a media blackout and no one seemed to be talking about it. Aside from a few YouTube channels that cover this type of material there really was no national exposure to this. And seeing the nature of Isaac’s work I found that to be coincidental.
From that point, I began making contacts with witnesses in Belmont and the rest is history. The entire progression of my investigation has been documented on both my website www.thephoenixenigma.com and my YouTube channel under the same name. Where mistakes have been made I’ve publicly corrected them, and I’ve done my best to track down every lead.
Regardless of what the LARPers, Anti LARPers, critics, Trolls, and haters say I am NOT: CIA, FBI, NSA, or an informant of any kind. This investigation has not been conducted for profit, however, I have rolled it into my platforms as a way to disseminate the information publicly, and YES some of my videos have still not been demonetized by YouTube. I have a Patreon page where people have donated to my research and work for nearly a year now. I’ve been a writer/researcher for nearly 2 decades and this investigation fits perfectly into the scope of my work. Bellemont Arizona is an undeveloped and unincorporated community falling under several jurisdictions and the location of Isaac’s death. It is located on I-40/Route 66 which falls under the jurisdiction of the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS). This also falls to the jurisdiction of the Coconino County Sheriff’s office. As of right now, the investigator on the case is from the DPS. The DPS is not exactly known for cracking murder cases, they are Arizona’s state highway patrol. Isaac also did not reside in Arizona which would make collaborating with different investigating agencies that much more difficult. It is obvious that an investigation into this would go nowhere.
Bellemont Arizona is also the location of the largest (in square miles) military base in the state of AZ. Many people have speculated and observed that it would be an ideal place to have someone murdered or suicided as a military base in such close proximity would allow for complete control over nearly every aspect of the operation.
Bellemont is not to be confused with Belmont, Arizona, a proposed planned city in the Phoenix metropolitan area of Arizona, United States. The development, a partnership between billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates and local real estate investors, will be a “smart city” designed around emerging technologies. It is located in the West Valley area, along Interstate 10 near Tonopah
Bellemont is an unincorporated community in Coconino County, Arizona, United States, along Interstate 40 about 11 miles (18 km) west-northwest of Flagstaff. At an elevation of 7,132 feet (2,174 m), it is claimed to be the highest settlement along historic Route 66. It was a known water stop due to its local springs. As of June 2012, it had an estimated population of 893.
Bellemont means “Beautiful Mountain” (French). The town is located at the base of the tallest mountain in Arizona. Humphrey’s Peak standing at 12,633 ft.
